Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are reviewed after inspection and applied to the original payment path, with COD orders handled through support confirmation.
Opened consumable goods, damaged packaging, final sale items, and products without order confirmation may not be eligible for refund approval.
